Bryan joined Leading Edge Aviation Solutions in the spring of 2021 as Vice President of Aircraft Sales. In his new role, he’ll help bolster and grow the company with new business by way of aircraft transactions and acquisitions. His technical sales reputation in the Northeast US / Canada and loyal customer following for the last 24 years is unprecedented and will add new business for LEAS.

He came to Leading Edge after 7 years as a Regional Sales Manager with StandardAero, where he was a top producer of Aftermarket Aviation sales and customer support in the MRO industry. At StandardAero he substantially grew his territory, selling over $170 Million in Maintenance and Mod work, always exceeding his sales quotas and prides himself on the continual repeat business year after year.

His strong business acumen allowed him to assist aircraft owners and operators to properly modify their airplanes to their specific business and personal needs while in the sky. From satellite internet installs, complete interior redesign, cabin management upgrades to engine overhauls and paint jobs he’s sold it all!!

Bryan holds an A&P certificate (airframe and powerplant) and started in business aviation in 1997. He then graduated from East Coast Aero Tech at Hanscom field in Bedford Mass.

Following graduation from ECAT and starting his career as an airplane mechanic, Bryan traveled the United States supporting customers for Gulfstream Aerospace. During his tenure at Gulfstream he settled in Massachusetts, started his family. His son and daughter who are now in high school share the same passions for downhill skiing, water sports, premiere and high school soccer, along with hiking and mountain biking. His daughter, the oldest, graduates high school in the spring of 2021 she will be attending Castleton University in VT this fall and majoring in nursing.

While raising his family he furthered his career expanding his aviation expertise working for Hawker Beechcraft. He was then giving him the opportunity to travel the world as a Sr. Field Service Engineer delivering and supporting new airplanes into the industry. This later triggered his interest in aviation sales where he then moved onto StandardAero and successfully conquered all of his and company goals. This set the bar for his next steps and challenges in his aviation career at Leading Edge Aviation Solutions where he will follow his same rules of engagement since his start in aviation “Support the Customer, the rest will follow.”
