Kristen brings over 20 years of aviation experience to Leading Edge. Prior to joining Leading Edge, she built her extensive aviation career as an aircraft market researcher, aircraft sales manager, pilot, aircraft owner, and founder of Tri-State Aircraft Sales, Inc. (TAS) – a full service aircraft brokerage company. Kristen was involved in providing assistance to customers purchasing and selling all kinds of aircraft, ranging from King Airs to Gulfstreams. She built a global portfolio of individual and corporate clients and has earned a reputation for exceptional dedication to her customers’ needs. Kristen holds a Citation CE-500 type-rating and began her flying in 1990. She has provided demonstration flights as both flight crew and salesperson.

As Vice President of Aircraft Sales, her responsibilities include international aircraft sales, as well as new business development. She’s involved firsthand in providing consultation and assistance to customers who are purchasing and selling corporate jets, a task that involves all aspects of the sale and delivery process, from negotiating contracts to overseeing pre-purchase inspections and aircraft delivery. Kristen is also on the Board of Directors of the Westchester Aviation Association (WAA) and was a past member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO).

Kristen graduated from the University of Richmond and holds a B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and management.

Kristen loves to get her adrenaline pumping. She has jumped out of a plane, bungee jumped off the Victoria Falls bridge in Zimbabwe, and whitewater rafted down the Grand Canyon for 10 days. Her ‘global navigation’ skills were honed during her two and a half years circumnavigating the globe by sailboat during the late 90s.

Now, Kristen is married with three children and resides in Connecticut. She enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling, and discovering new wines.
