Glenn Hinderstein is the Founder and Principal of Glencoe Aviation Group, which he established in 2011. Through Glencoe, the company provides aircraft acquisition, advisory, and strategic aviation services, working in conjunction with—and exclusively alongside—Leading Edge Aviation Solutions. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and operators, he oversees all aspects of acquisition strategy, transaction execution, aircraft management, crewing, and long-term client relationships. Glencoe also advises clients on charter brokerage solutions and fractional ownership programs.

Since forming a formal alliance with Leading Edge in 2011, Glenn has played a central role in more than $1.5 billion in aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, contributing materially to the firm’s growth and industry presence through a disciplined, client-focused approach.

Glencoe Aviation Group formerly operated a charter services division that was sold to Solairus Aviation in 2022. Post-transaction, Glencoe continues to support Solairus through the provision of customized charter solutions and strategic advisory services, maintaining continuity and depth of expertise for Solairus clients.

Prior to founding Glencoe, Glenn spent 15 years at NetJets, serving as Executive Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for originating and managing relationships with the firm’s global music and entertainment clients. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Media Marketing at Warner Music Enterprises, further developing his expertise in strategic sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Glenn holds a B.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University. Outside of aviation, he is an avid sailor who enjoys the discipline and adventure of life on the water.
