Natalie serves as Director of Operations at Leading Edge Aviation Solutions, where she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and internal infrastructure. Her responsibilities include budgeting and financial oversight, human resources, vendor management, and administration of the company’s CRM system. She works closely with leadership and staff across the organization to ensure operational efficiency and smooth execution of transactions.

Prior to joining Leading Edge, Natalie spent eleven years in London working at EDF Energy as part of the Corporate Communications team. After relocating to the United States, she served for six years as Office Administrator for UMC in Madison, New Jersey, where she managed office operations and supported senior leadership.

Natalie is actively involved in her local community. She has volunteered for many years with the Madison Education Foundation, supporting initiatives that enhance educational opportunities for students and teachers.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, long walks with her beagle, Pippa, and unwinding with a good audiobook.
