Natalie joins Leading Edge as the Director of Operations. She is responsible for many tasks including budgeting, HR functions, vendor relationships, and the management of our CRM system. She will work closely with all at LEAS to manage our day-to-day office and transactional operations.

She spent 11 years in London, working for EDF Energy as a member of the Corporate Communications team. Upon moving to the U.S., she worked for 6 years as office administrator for UMC in Madison, NJ.

She has spent 4+ years volunteering for the Madison Education Foundation, an organization focused to enhance and enrich the life of our students and teachers and is an active member of her Church Council and SPRC for UMC in Madison.

Natalie loves to spend time with her family, especially going on long walks with them and her Beagle “Pippa.” She also enjoys some peace and quiet while listening to a good book.
